It used to be that when people rode the Merry-Go-Round, there would be a brass ring that a person could grab, and then turn it in after the ride was over for a prize. That has become a saying of achievement, and if a person gets the brass ring, they have achieved something of note.
Tammy Mazzocco seems to have accomplished that feat in the real estate business, as she sells residential real estate in Central Ohio in four counties. She did not start out in such an officious manner, but she did start by having little successes as she went along her path to success.
Tammy started her career in real estate as a secretary at a nine-man commercial real estate office. She then moved on to being the manager of a large condominium complex where she worked for seven years. Her boss at the time suggested that she obtain her real estate license because then she could assist him better with his real estate ventures. This occurred in 1995.
Tammy Mazzocco then worked as a licensed assistant for a very high earning RE/MAX realtor and had her eyes opened as to the income potential of the real estate business. It was a real eye-opener to her to experience a high-earning office up close. In 1999, Tammy Mazzocco went into the real estate business as an agent full-time.
Tammy owes her success to many people who advised her along the way, and a few mentors who gave great advice too. The one principle that she took away was that she strives to focus very hard on finding and meeting the needs of the home buyer. She talks about focusing and forgetting her issues on a sale because if you cannot solve the customer’s needs, you won’t get the sale.
